When we touch the points of the foot reflexology then the point is felt as more sensitive, which mean there is something wrong on the organ that is connected to the foot reflexology point. For example one has stomach problems, then the patient will feel more sensitive of the stomach point of the foot reflexology area, even to mild touch.
Reflexology is very effective for pain relief such as head ache, toothache, stomachache, low back pain, etc.
